I just did a bit of a friends cut, which I rarely do at all. But it was all people who'd deleted their journals and people who haven't updated in like a year, so I don't think anyone will really care. =P

I don't really have a whole lot else to say, might work on some artwork later. Think I'll play Sims 2 for awhile. :D

Jaymi and I saw Serenity tonight. It was really good, much better than I expected. I never watched the TV show it was based on, Firefly, but I may have to check it out. =P I think SciFi is going to pick it up.

I'm still really stuffed up today. I just took NyQuil and Benadryl so I'll probably be dead to the world soon.

Anybody else play the number "crossword" game Sudoku? I picked up another Sudoku magazine tonight. I love it. =p If you like crosswords and word searches and puzzles like that then I recommend it. (Jaymi makes fun of me because I have two big boxes full of Dell/Penny Press puzzle books if that tells you anything).

Not much else going on..think I'll do puzzles and/or read until I get too sleepy.

1.) I actually happened to look up my old journal that I hadn't updated in literally 4 years, twiggy656. I deleted it. It was fucking awful. Even though in my icon I was at least 30 pounds thinner.

2.) Out of boredom or something, I actually took some random pictures!

As you can see, we live like pigs. Well, our apartment is too small for all of our crap, anyway. Here you can see my $300 DDR platform, and my PC, which is running Sims 2, as it does 99% of the time I use it (I spend most of my online time on my Mac laptop in the living room).

My Lilith figures. No, the second one from the right isn't giving you the middle finger, but it does look like it, teehee.

He usually won't let me take pictures of him, but Jaymi actually took my camera and took this on his own. He thinks he looks better when he's soaking wet, apparently. =P

I haven't noticed much difference with the ear staples yet (I'm hungry and I want Chinese right now actually), except they're still kind of hurting.

Oh, and 3.) I MIGHT actually update my webpage or draw later today. Might.

We ate breakfast at Jimmy's Egg with my mom then spent most of the day at the fair. I got my ears stapled while I was there. It's supposed to suppress appetite and decrease stress and all this bullcrap. The lady that did it is a nurse in my hospital's ER and also did two of my coworkers, who claim that it really does work, so I thought what the hell. I am hungry now, but all I ate today was breakfast at 10am and one ear of roasted corn at the fair.

I hate being around large crowds of people. People are so damn stupid.

I had thought about going to Purgatory tonight but we're pooped (sorry violettak =/). Drinking makes me too sick with the meds I take anyway.

Yes, I'm alive. *sigh*. I just bought both the old Zelda games and the first Castlevania for GBA, and the PC game Still Life. Between those and Sims 2 Nightlife coming out the 15th, it's going to be another long time before you hear from me. =P

I'm getting a sizeable Morrigan and Lilith figure collection. I got several just from Suncoast, and getting more through eBay. =P

And my Tamagotchi collection is starting to go from charmingly sweet to scary. I haven't taken an exact count lately, but I think it's above 30 now. Today I picked up another version 1 Connection, a Mini, and the True Friends star pair. And then I have some originals coming to me through eBay. =p

I've been spending too much money, but oh well. I need to pay off my credit cards somewhat so we can replace our TV that's trying to crap out. I have a pretty new flat screen that I bought for DDR that I offered to move to the living room, but Jaymi says it's "too small". =P

I'm unlucky AND lucky, hah.

I was helping another nurse pull a patient up in bed, when I nudged one of those overbed tables and it fell COMPLETELY OVER (I don't know how I even managed to do that, it should have just rolled a little bit). The cell phone and pair of glasses that were on it slid neatly onto a chair on top of a pillow, and a urinal that had 400ml urine in it (he had used it right before we pulled him up) landed right-side up and DIDN'T SPILL A DROP. No lid on it or anything.

You know any other time that would have happened his stuff would have been smashed and pee would have been splattered all over the room.

I don't have any good excuses for not being on lately. I just suck.

We do have a new kitty, I don't think I've posted about her yet. I should take pictures. She's another stray, and she's got siamesy colors. I named her Lilith ("Lily") and she is bitchy. She still won't let any of the other cats get near her. I'm her favorite person though, hehe. She is much more annoying than O-Ren when she is in heat so she is getting fixed in August. I'll have to drag all the other cats in for shots and another spay for O-Ren at some point.

I was nominated for Employee of the Quarter, which I didn't end up getting, but still, being a night-shift nurse getting nominated is spectacular. The only reason any other night-shift person got nominated was because I was the one who nominated them, heh.

I'm going to a party this Saturday that someone from work is having. Going to parties is a rare occurance for me, but it should be good, since he's only inviting people from work that he likes, heheh.

I just started my very own community...videogamefanart. I'm honestly surprised that I'm apparently the only person who hasn't thought of that for a community, or taken that user name!..I searched fairly thoroughly.

If you like, I made a poll, and this is just for me to see how I can tastefully promote my community without being an annoying ass. You ain't gonna hurt my feelings any.

I got a new webcam today. So I took pictures before I drop it and make it blurry like my old one.

I was playing DDR at Crossroads today. In between songs this lady with this little kid (2 years old at the most) came up and she was like, "Can he play on it for just a minute? He likes to step on the arrow-things," and proceeds to set him on the platform and he wallers all over it. Uhhh....hello? I'm in the middle of a game here. People are so fucking rude.
